De-identified analytics data: May be retained indefinitely

Our Services are directed to individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) and DreamFitPro governing your access to and use of our website, programs, webinars, coaching services, content, and any other services offered through dreamfitpro.com (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
2.2 Description of Services
DreamFitPro provides science-based health, fitness, and body composition improvement programs, including but not limited to online fat loss and body composition programs, introductory and premium webinars, nutrition and exercise guidance content, corporate wellness programs, and support services. DreamFitPro does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. All programs are educational and lifestyle-based. See Section 4 (Medical Disclaimer) for full details.
2.3 Account Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
2.4 Purchases and Payment
All prices are in US Dollars. Subscriptions auto-renew. We use PCI-DSS compliant processors.

2.6 Intellectual Property
All content is the exclusive intellectual property of DreamFitPro. You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.7 User-Generated Content
You grant DreamFitPro a worldwide, royalty-free license to use testimonials and progress photos for marketing (with identity protected unless you consent otherwise).
2.8 Program Participation Requirements
You acknowledge you have consulted a healthcare provider and accept full personal responsibility for your health and safety.
2.9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Certain provisions survive termination.
2.10 Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
2.11 Limitation of Liability
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD.

2.13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

We grant you a limited, revocable license to access the Website for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. Prohibited conduct includes automated scraping, posting harmful content, or using the site to compete with DreamFitPro.

DreamFitPro provides educational content only. NOTHING constitutes medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any program, especially if you take GLP-1 medications or have pre-existing conditions. Results are not guaranteed. No doctor-patient relationship is created.
We use strictly necessary, performance, functional, and marketing cookies. You can manage preferences via our cookie consent banner or browser settings.
Prohibited activities include harassment, sharing proprietary content, providing false information, or any unlawful conduct. Violations may result in account termination.
Individual programs: 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Subscriptions: cancel anytime. Webinar registrations: refundable if cancelled 48 hours in advance. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

9B. European Union — GDPR Addendum
APPLIES TO: EU/EEA RESIDENTS. DreamFitPro is the Data Controller. You have full GDPR rights including access, erasure, and portability. International transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses.
